In this class, we will review and build upon basic raqs sharqi (belly dance) skills. This includes proper posture, safety tips, belly dance technique and drills, and dance movement, with a focus on combinations and original choreographies. You can also expect lecture/theory with notes, musicality, rhythm identification, with cultural relevance.
This class is suitable for those with previous belly dance experience.
